All products sold by City Hacked are digital downloads. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” once accessed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges as a standard policy.
We believe in the quality of our guides and stand behind every product we publish. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we encourage you to reach out — we are always happy to hear your feedback.
 
 

Didn't Receive Your Download?

If you completed your purchase but did not receive your download link, we will make it right. This can happen due to:
  • A typo in your email address at checkout
  • The confirmation email landing in your spam or junk folder
  • A temporary delivery delay
Please check your spam folder first. If your download link is not there, contact us at vibes@cityhacked.com with your order number or the email address used at checkout and we will resend your download link promptly.
 
 

Billing Errors & Duplicate Charges

If you were charged more than once for the same order, or if you believe an error occurred during payment processing, please contact us at vibes@cityhacked.com within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and issue a refund for any confirmed billing error.
